We know giving an app access to your inbox is a big ask. Here's how we earn that trust:

* We never see your real password — you use an app-specific password, which is encrypted and can be removed at any time.
* We only read emails from approved ticket providers by default, and custom searches still require a ticket keyword match
* You can review and approve every email before it's synced — nothing is sent without your say-so
* Sensitive info (including payment details, ticket codes, etc.) is automatically redacted and processed emails are deleted within a week
* All of this is verifiable — the entire ingestion codebase is open source
